4- What should I wear and what should I bring? Wear clothes that will allow you to move comfortably. Shorts, tank tops, Yoga pants--basic workout clothes. Don't worry about footwear since Yoga is practiced barefoot. If you have a mat, bring it. Otherwise you can rent or buy one when you get here. 7- What is proper Yoga studio etiquette? Remove your shoes when entering the studio. We ask that you turn your cell phones off upon arriving (Vibrate is not off), and use a low speaking voice inside the studio. When opening your mat, also be mindful of the loud noise it can make. Please refrain from wearing perfumes or fragrant oils. If you arrive late to the studio, do not enter the Yoga room until after you hear the Oms or the teacher has given you the OK to enter. back to top |
