This July soak up all the sun and prana and feel your body expand with all the goodness that Summer has to offer. Trikonasana (Triangle Pose) gives us the chance to slow the flow down and expand through the legs, arms, spine and head. So this month as you reach outward in Trikonasana, find a reach in your practice, too, and challenge yourself to try more, feel more and enjoy more each time you step on (and then off) the mat.
