There is a strong emphasis on breath and alignment and you will learn some basic asanas (poses). * If you are interested in learning more, we recommend taking one of our Beginner Workshops. Please see our Events page for more details. Level I/II More challenging than Level I but not quite Level II. Perfect for beginners who would like to ease their way into a Level II class and for those wanting to slow it down a little. Level II For those who are ready for more challenging poses and those with an ongoing practice. You will be moving through vigorous sequences building more strength and flexibility. * We recommend you spend at least 3 months attending our Level I classes before attending Level II classes. Level III (Master Class) This is an ADVANCED TWO-HOUR class that allows experienced practitioners to dive deeper into their practice. These classes move quickly and introduce more advanced poses and sequencing. This class is NOT FOR BEGINNERS. Express Special one-hour classes for the yogi on the go. Our Express classes get you in, take you through a brief but complete Vinyasa practice and get you out without taking more than an hour of your time. No Pre-Registration is required for classes. Please arrive 15 minutes early. We care about your health and safety, so please always tell your teacher before class if you are new to Yoga or have any injuries. Community Class Taught by a hand-picked apprentice teacher, this Level II One Hour Express class is by cash donation ($10 suggested). Yoga High gets to expand our teaching community by giving an apprentice teacher the opportunity to teach group classes, and we also get to give back to the LES Yoga Community by offering a fun, affordable class each week.
