Private lessons are perfect for those who are recovering from injuries, returning to class after surgery or who just want to deepen their practice in collaboration with a specific teacher. Not only are private lessons incredibly informative, but they are fun, too. Imagine all that attention being showered on you by a compassionate expert teacher! In-Class Privates (ICP) We all crave that moment when the teacher comes to assist us during class, taking us deeper into the asanas than we knew we could go. Well, now at Yoga High you can surrender to the bliss of constant assists during class. While the regular teacher guides the whole class through the asanas, why not have your own private teacher taking you deeper into every pose with assists and adjustments. 		Corporate Yoga In addition to the physical benefits of a Yoga class to the individual, there are also many benefits specifically tailored to the workplace: increased productivity and creativity, higher morale, improved team-building spirit of a positive activity shared by employees at all management levels, less sick leave and of course the ever-important stress reduction. Yoga High will come to your office for early morning or lunchtime corporate Classes and will travel with you for corporate retreats and special events. Bridal Party Classes We also offer special bridal shower or pre-wedding classes at Yoga High.... we will teach a class to the bride and her girls. We work with you to plan the perfect class whether it's a more relaxing and restorative class or a high energy Vinyasa class. We'll even create a playlist using your favorite music. We will also be able to work with you to incorporate massage or other treats in the neighborhood. Studio Rental Yoga High is available for rental when classes are not in session. We welcome dance rehearsals and classes (no shoes, please), as well as other kinds of group classes and events.
